![]() Commanding your two squads becomes a little annoying, because if you don't pay attention to them, they will get killed. Sadly though, the game play is also the one place where the game sags. And trust me, they will definitely be able to find it. They will shoot at the most important target to them, and take cover wherever they can find it. This is used so often, because the AI in the game is so intelligent. So when this is done, you must come from the side, under cover, and take out the enemy from their side. Creating cover fire with your teams commands is used an incredible amount. ![]() You must always keep them in cover, and try as much as possible to keep them alive, because they are important. Now I will get onto where the game really soars. You might think at some points, that you are watching a movie, because that is how the story is displayed. Yes, I am referring to my gaming as a career now. The whole story gives me something that I have never seen in my entire gaming career. Because it is probably the most graphic opening sequence that I've ever seen in a game. The opening sequence of the game will really show you that you are in for something. It brings great graphics, amazing story, realistic characters, and incredibly fun game play to the table. But Brothers in Arms is something special. So that is pretty much the entire Call of Duty series, and some other random WW2/Vietnam games. When I say "the best war game", I'm talking about the ones that are based on actual wars. I don't consider Ghost Recon 2 as a war game, because it is based in the future. When I say "the best war game", I mean it is the most realistic war game of our time. Being the best war game that I've ever played is pretty good, because I have played A LOT of war games. Here it is: BEST WAR GAME EVER! Okay, maybe that's 4 words, but you get my point. So my topic sentence for this review will be 3 words. It's something that gets straight to the point and keeps the audience interested. To successfully complete a mission, the player has to study the layout of the battlefield, fix/suppress the enemy with overwhelming suppressive fire with one team (usually the fire team), and direct another team (usually the assault team) to flank the enemy by sneaking to the side or rear of the enemy to finish them off.I usually start off every review with something that sums up the review in one quick sentence. The game discourages the use of solo run 'n' gun tactics by limiting the player's ability to aim, by decreasing the player's health, and by placing large numbers of enemies behind cover. The player usually assumes command of two teams of paratroopers to use the Four Fs-Find, Fix, Flank, and Finish-tactic against the enemy. The gameplay in Earned in Blood is similar, if not identical, to Brothers in Arms: Road to Hill 30. The games uses the same graphic engine as Brothers in Arms: Road to Hill 30, which is based on the Unreal Engine 2.0 Gameplay In addition, the player will also be in command of Corporal (later promoted to Sergeant) Seamus Doyle of the 82nd Airborne during the initial D-Day invasion in early parts of the game. James Marsh) and the remnants of 1st Squad (Cpl. Hartsock's squad consists of the remains of the original 2nd Squad (Cpl. Then the game switches the player to command the entire 2nd Squad after the Battle of Bloody Gulch (Hill 30). The player commands Desola, Allen, and Garnett from 3rd Squad, and some soldiers from 2nd Squad at first. Although the first part takes place under Baker's command, every mission is one not included in Road to Hill 30. The final part will take place in and around Saint-Sauveur-le-Vicomte. The second part picks up when he takes command of 2nd Squad, 3rd Platoon during the liberation and defense of Carentan, and the eventual link up between 82nd and 101st Airborne Division at the town of Baupte. The first part of the game is recollection of Hartsock's time in Sergeant Matt Baker's squad during the initial D-Day invasion. Marshall is interviewing paratroopers 15+ days after D-Day. The story is essentially told as a "reflection" on the events that took place earlier, as Army historian Colonel S.L.A.
